Blankenfeldes manor is located in Zemgale, Jelgavas district in rural commune of Vilce.

Ongoing projects and actual work on site

In order to discover manor’s history, on 2008 ambitious research work has been started. Blankenfelde‘s manor consists of 11 buildings. The renovation sketches for the 3 buildings of manor complex have been already approved. Our partners - architects from company „Arstadija“ are developing reconstruction plans of the main manor building. In November and December 2008, we restored manor’s water supply. Installation plans for electricity supply are awaiting final approval. 36 ha land belongs to the owners of Blankenfelde’s manor, 14 ha of which will be transformed as gardens with plants specific for this particular place.

 In collaboration with „Vides projektu studija“ continues work on manor’s park development. In January 2009 first stage of park’s reconstruction project has been started, carried-out by our partners from company „Aleja D“.

In the left wing of the manor’s main building a museum is located . The owners of the Blankenfelde’s manor are working on interior reconstruction and looking forward to open it for the new expositions in near future.
